Recently as we know Motorola was sold out to Google , on August 15 Google announced  their agreement to acquire Motorola mobility for 40$ per share which was 12.5 billion in us $. Both of the company officials(Board of directors) approved the deal. After take over of Motorola by Google Motorola is expecting it to make a comeback in the market with this new phone, It would be first phone of Motorola after being taken over by Google.

 After this Motorola was also visible with a new logo which had a circle outside M in Google colors replacing the previous logo of M embossed in red circle.

What are benefit's the deal to the customers??
Innovative and cheaper phones. 
Could be updated to latest version of android before any other company can be do that.
Can use Google API in Motorola phones which was previously available in nexus phones only.

Motorola was the founder of cellphone markets, means it was the first company who made cellphones popular  and it was also founding member of open handset alliance in 2007 and Motorola also have an deal with to use android as its sole operating system in its all smartphones.
